These values are estimated based on the response distribution for each respondent demographic, weighted by the corresponding proportional membership in amateur Canadian boxing. The opinion in favour of mandatory headgear is 68.3 %; of removing headgear only in international competition, it is 8.3 %; of removing headgear only for men with more than 10 fights, it is 12.6 %; of other conditional removal options, it is 5.8 %; and sentiment in favour of headgear prohibition is 4.95 %
